Mountain High School (MHS) is a WASC-accredited continuation high school located in the San Bernardino Mountains servicing the communities of Rim of the World Unified School District. MHS operates on a credit recovery system with credit checks every six weeks rather than the traditional grades and semester system of a comprehensive high school. To attend MHS, students must be 16 years or older, credit deficient, and ready to work hard to earn their diplomas.
Attending MHS is a privilege for those students looking to correct and recover their academic progress, affording them the opportunity to modify their education to meet whatever life challenges resulted in their credit deficiency. If you feel MHS would be a good fit, please call the office and schedule a meeting with the principal. When all parties agree MHS is the correct placement, please schedule the two-hour in-take meeting with the principal to begin the enrollment process.
