As our 2018-19 school year draws to a close we have so much to celebrate. Our students have reached milestones with the support of parents, teachers, friends, administrators, community members, and more. Raising responsible kids really does take everyone!! We will be celebrating our reclassified English Learners on Monday, May 21st at 6:00 pm in the Rim High School PAC. Being multilingual in today's global world is a true gift and we are so proud of our students for this accomplishment.

LAE’s PTA is AMAZING! They are a crucial component of our school community. They provide our students with many positive opportunities—through Meet the Masters, SkyDome, Bubble Run, and other assemblies. PTA Sponsored Muffins with Mom and will host Donuts with Dad on June 4th. These are always special events. The staff at LAE wish to thank our PTA parents and other school volunteers. They are our Super Heros!

On May 9th, CHE, LAE, and VOE 5th grade students came together at Lake Gregory for their culminating buoyancy project. It was a fabulous day for learning and making new friends. Mrs. Wilson’s 5th grade class at LAE took first place. It was a wonderful day of collegiality, teamwork, grit, and perseverance.
