Personal Device

  • If you will be using a personal device, we reccomend a Windows based laptop/desktop, Mac laptop/desktop, Chromebook, iPad, or Android table.  If using an iPad or Android device, download the Google Classroom App. On a Windows or Mac based device, make sure your student is logging to Google Classroom on the Chrome browser ONLY

Chromebook Deployment

  • Chromebooks will be deployed during the first week of school, dates will be released the week of August 3-7.

    In order to request a Chromebook you needed to fill out the Parent/Guardian Request for Technology Form that was available from July 24 - July 27.  We will be offering another deployment after school starts.

    The process includes: 

    1. Complete the Parent Request for Technology Form
    2. Complete Aeries Data Confirmation
    3. Read/Sign the ROWUSD Acceptable Use Policy
    4. Read/Sign the ROWUSD Responsable Use Policy

Hotspot Deployment

  • Verizon Hotspots will be deployed sometime in late August or early September.

    In order to request a Verizon Hotspot you needed to fill out the Parent/Guardian Request for Technology Form that was available from July 24 - July 27.  We will be offering another deployment after school starts.

    The process includes: 

    1. Complete the Parent Request for Technology Form
    2. Read/Sign the ROWUSD Responsable Use Policy

    Please note:  ROWUSD Verizon Hotspots are owned by ROWUSD and are on load from the school district.  Once Federal/State/County guidlines have changed and allowed ROWUSD to conduct school in person, ALL parents will be required to return hotspots.  Further ROWUSD Verizon Hotspots will ONLY work with district devices, personal devices will not connect to a district hotspot.
