Rim High is having a perfect attendance celebration Tuesday, January 21st at lunch. If you received perfect attendance, you will be delivered a Perfect Attendance certificate and a BBQ ticket during 4th period today. Please bring the BBQ ticket with you to lunch on Tuesday to receive your free BBQ."

    Image result for science olympiad Science Olympiads.  To prepare for the Regional Competition, March 14, we will be meeting every Wednesday after school in Room 108.  Attendance is mandatory unless special arrangements are made.  If you are interested in joining RIM’s Science Olympiad Team, there are still spots open on our 15-member team, see Mr. Crofoot.

    Attention Juniors: On the early release day January 29th from 11:40-12:40 we will have college application preparation and help in the computer labs. We are inviting all college-bound Juniors to participate. Now is the time to start thinking about what you need to do to apply for schools. We will have a college coach, counselors and knowledgeable adults in the room to help you with your application plans. Don’t miss out!

    Image result for elpac images  All-Freshman, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors – if you take the ELPAC test (are classified as an English Learner), we need a sample of your writing to continue or complete your transition to a classification of English Proficient. If you earned a score of 4 out of 4 on the ELPAC, this is urgent! Please deliver a copy of your benchmark writing, scored with a rubric by your English teacher, to Mr. Cawthon in room 304 or Mrs. Tarwater in Counseling ASAP.

If you believe in the power of volunteer action, then you may be eligible to win a $750 Soroptimist Violet Richardson Award. Applications will be available NOW in counseling and with Mrs. Erlanger. 

     Related imageGradnite tickets are now on sale through March! Gradnite is Wednesday, May 20th, 2020.  Tickets are $140 with ASB $145 W/out. Prices will go up on Feb 1st. The senior contract will be enforced- you will need clearance from the Library (Mrs. Cory), Attendance Office, and Counseling (Mrs. Hallmark) before you can purchase your ticket. Pick up your permission slip in ASB.
