Welcome to Positive Behavorial Interventions & Support
Valley of Enchantment Elementary School is devoted to providing a safe, nurturing, and academically rigorous environment for all students. As part of this effort, students at VOE are expected to follow our three general expectations: Be Safe, Be Responsible, and Be Respectful.
As a school community we have established clear behavior expectations for important locations on our campus. This includes the classroom, the playground, the cafeteria, the library, the restrooms and the hallways. These expectations are explicitly taught and are consistently enforced by all VOE staff.
To recognize students who adhere to the school expectations, we have planned a series of activities throughout the school year. These activities include special assemblies, outdoor activities, special drawings, and classroom activities. In addition, as part of our Friday announcements we weekly recognize students who demonstrate any of our three expectations.
It is our belief that establishing behavior expectations that are clear and consistently enforced will result in a positive school culture that recognizes students for all of the positive choices they make.
