Here are the steps for the upgrade if you are on a campus on an iPhone...

- Go to Settings
- Wi-Fi
- Choose the guest account at your school, rhsguest, mphguest.....
- Go back to Settings
- Accounts
- Click on your school account
- At the bottom of the window, delete the account (your emails will not be deleted, just the account)
- Click on Add Account
- Click on Exchange
- Type your email
- Type your password
- Type in a description such as RIMSD Email
- Click next
- Choose what to sync
- Click Save
- Your new account has been added
It will take your phone 1-5 minutes to sync with the new servers.
If you are offsite, do these steps:

- Go to Settings
- Accounts
- Click on your school account
- At the bottom of the window, delete the account (your emails will not be deleted, just the account)
- Click on Add Account
- Click on Exchange
- Type your email (firstname_lastname@rimsd.k12.ca.us)
- Type your password
- Type in a description such as RIMSD Email
- Click next
- Choose what to sync
- Click Save
- Your new account has been added
