  • Get ready to take classes from San Bernardino Valley College this Spring semester. Apply, register, get financial aid assistance and take the placement assessment all on one day, June 1, 2019, Rim of the World High School.  See flyer below for more information.

    These will be general education courses and are open to anyone in the community (see flyer).

    Junior and Senior high school students, can take these courses at a fraction of the cost. The cost of a high school student is $29 per class (plus the expense of the book).

    9:00 am - 10:00 am     Application Process (New students will be assigned their student ID number)
    * You can apply now at www.valleycollege.edu to get your student ID. Then take the online orientation and print the certificate of completion. Bring certificate with you on Super Saturday. Practice for the assessment exam is available on the web site. Follow the links under "Become a Student"

    9:30 am - 1:30 pm       Financial Aid Assistance throughout the day.
    Apply as early as possible at www.fafsa .gov School ID 001272
    Complete FAFSA ASAP for a tuition waiver at registration.

    10:00 am - 1:00 pm     Assessment Process (Last group starts at 1:00 pm)
    • Please bring your photo ID for assessment.
    • Bring print-out of orientation completion.

    9:30 am - 2:00 pm       Counseling and Registration

    High School students interested in Concurrent Enrollment have a deadline of August 1, 2019, to complete forms. Follow instructions found at www.valleycolleqe.edu, go to "A-Z index", find "High school concurrent enrollment".


    Fall Semester begins August 19th with local classes at
    Rim of the World High School and hundreds more classes available online.
