Online Enrollment for New Students

Dear Rim of the World Unified School District Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to the Rim of the World Unified School District’s Online Enrollment System.
This notice is intended for parents and guardians enrolling a new student entering grades 1–12 within ROWUSD. Please note: this process is not for students currently enrolled in the district.

The following information will help guide you through the Online Enrollment process for NEW students. A separate registration form must be completed for each child in your household. A computer or a cell phone can be used for this process.

For families new to our district:
You must have a valid email address to register. If you don’t yet have one, you can create a free account at https://bit.ly/freeGmail.

To complete enrollment, you will need to upload the following required documents (images or scanned copies are accepted):

• Birth Certificate
   

• Proof of Residence: examples include a utility bill, vehicle registration, insurance statement (homeowners, renters, health, auto, mortgage, or rental agreement). The physical address must be on the document.
   

• Up-to-date immunization records
   

If any portion of the enrollment is incomplete, school site staff will contact you directly.

Please note: an in-person appointment at your student’s school site is required to finalize enrollment. School office staff will reach out to schedule this visit.
