Aeries Parent Data Confirmation OPEN

The Aeries Data Confirmation period is now open in the Parent Portal. This portal lets parents see attendance, grades, report cards, transcripts, state test scores, and physical fitness results.

Parent or guardian accounts are made automatically using the email address we have on file. If your email has changed or you have not given us one, please contact your child's school after August 5 to update it. Once your email is updated, follow the steps in the Aeries email to create your Parent Portal account. If you already have an active account, please log in and finish the Aeries Data Confirmation as soon as possible. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Rim of the World Unified School District (ROWUSD) does not manage Aeries passwords.

After you log in, you will see a RED banner. This banner will help you start Data Confirmation. These steps check important information. This includes family and contact details, medical information, address details, and permissions. You can also find important documents, such as calendars and bell schedules. Make sure to click the GREEN Confirm and Continue button at the end of each part.

Important: Students cannot go on field trips, dances, or sports outside of school until Data Confirmation is finished. Class schedules and assignments will be given out starting on August 7. This is only for families who have finished this process.

We highly recommend that all parents download the Aeries Mobile App. Search for "Aeries Mobile Portal" in your app store.
